Vibe Tags exchange information through an NFC chip that we program with a link that you provide to us. When held near the back of a phone, the tag is automatically detected and a notification appears on the screen. Tapping the notification will go directly to the link! See detailed description Below!
-
Hold the tag to the back of a mobile device. Depending on which phone you have, the NFC scanning location is slightly different.
iPhone: Located in the top middle of the device.
Android: Located in the center of the device.
If you’re having trouble scanning, here are some tips to help you out.
Move the tag in a circular motion underneath the phone for a few seconds. If not detected, pull away from the phone and repeat.
Scan when on the lock screen or home screen. Do not scan with the Instagram app already open.
Check that the phone’s NFC reader setting is enabled. This is enabled by default on new phones, so if you haven’t changed it you’re good to go!
Phone cases (particularly thick ones) can impede your phone’s NFC scanner. Try removing the case and following one the tips above.

Vibe tags are completely battery-free, eliminating the need for charging or battery replacement.
